For those of you who are not
familiar with the Midwest area, you may think that Columbus is all grass and
corn fields. That is absolutely false! Columbus is one of the metropolitan
cities in the state of Ohio, and is in fact the capital city of Ohio. The city
has an eclectic mix of people, from students to professionals. It only takes a
two-hour drive to Cincinnati and Cleveland, the two busiest cities of Ohio, and
approximately a six-hour drive to the windy city of Illinois, Chicago.
You can find whatever you need
here: restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, superstores, shopping centers, libraries,
parks, the country’s #1 zoo* and even a famous roller coaster park called Cedar
Pointe not far from the city. And most importantly, it is home to the Buckeyes
family!
OHIO – A little trivia:

Ohio - where the phrase "Birthplace of
Aviation" is etched on license plates -
was where flight was born, Buckeyes claim, because the Wright brothers made their
